Modern people have two most decent clothes - "Wealth" and "Lies"! Clothes were originally used to cover the body, but modern people use clothes to protect themselves! Why do we want to protect ourselves with clothes? Because we feel like we have no clothes, we feel as if we are transparent and insecure at all! Right! We need "safety", and what can be our "safety"? Our modern sense of security is in the eyes of others, we have never gotten a real sense of security, we have been pursuing the sense of security in the eyes of others! There are many people who don't know what security is at all, they just keep pursuing the security in the eyes of others! They see that all kinds of media keep giving people an illusion that if you have money, you will be happy! Unconsciously, "Lies" and "Wealth" become their happiness and sense of security in life!

(Isaiah 16:6) We have heard of the pride of Moab; he is very proud: even of his haughtiness, and his pride, and his wrath: but his lies shall not be so.~Isaiah said: Moab was judgment for pride! Proud people have a characteristic~lying! Proud people are arrogant, proud, and irritable! So,we can know if a person is proud or not? Look at these 3 characteristics of their appearance: arrogance, pride, irritability! Because whether a person is lying, we can't know from one or two sentences, think about it: the fraud group wants to deceive you, how can it be possible for you to see through it? But a proud person, we can see right through it! We just need to see if they are arrogant, proud, and irritable! Is it important to see through proud people? Quite important! And quite interesting!

We know that God resists the proud people! And proud people and lies are absolutely related, and lies are our modern sense of security, so the conclusion is~ "Liars" are all proud people! Many people may disagree with me, they think: Proud people are not necessarily liars, and liars are not necessarily proud! My conclusion is: Proud people must lie, and liars must be proud themselves! I know many pastors, they often lie, but they put their lies on a gorgeous coat, they say: We are all sinners, who in this age does not lie? They think everyone can lie, and they have more reason to lie openly! These people are pastors, can they shepherd the church with lies? If a pastor has to shepherd a church with lies, there is no hope for the church! A church with lies, God will surely resist! God is always against the proud!

Why are these pastors proud? What is the purpose of pastors in pastoral ministry? Preach the truth! Truth and lies cannot be together! Also, God did not set up the church to judge people. The purpose of the church is to preach the Truth, not to judge people! Whether you are a pastor or not, or you are just an ordinary Christian, we are not qualified to judge anyone, and God has not given us the authority to judge people! Only the Lord Jesus can judge people! If you are not the Lord Jesus, why do you judge people? And those who judge people must be quite arrogant, only arrogant and proud people can judge people casually! Therefore, when we hear a person's mouth is criticizing others, we know that this person must be a "proud person", and God will definitely resist the proud person! Proud people must be full of lies!

There are many people who will say: Liars are not necessarily proud! They may be looking for "safety"! They feel that "Lies" give them a sense of security! "Liars" are absolutely proud! "Lies" never give us a sense of security, but give us pride! Why should the lies of Abraham and Isaac be exposed? If God didn't care about lies, God wouldn't specifically record their lies in the Bible! The most pleasing thing about King David - He didn't lie! Even though he committed fornication and the prophet Nathan accused him, he confessed his own fornication! That's why King David was the man best suited to God's heart! Even though he committed a great sin of fornication, and he shed innocent blood, he did not lie and had no pride in his heart! People who have "lies", they are basically not lying to people, but they are lying to God!

Why do many missionaries and Christians prefer to be persecuted to death than to lie? Because they know that "lying" is resisting God! When we read my explanation, do you feel that God's wisdom is quite high? It must be pride for pastors and Christians to lie! They are not lying to congregations, they are lying to God! They don't believe that God is a God who searches the hearts, so they think that their lies can deceive God. This is not pride, what is this? Besides, those who use "lies" as a sense of security are also proud! They believe that lies can become their sense of security, then they certainly do not believe that God can be their security, so these people who take lies as their security, regard their lies as greater than God's pomises, this is not pride, what is this?

And the two security coats of modern people - "Lie" and "Wealth"! These two coats are "Proud"! Because we don't believe that God can give us the protection, we don't believe that God has the ability to protect us, we prefer to choose to wear the cloak of "Lie" and "Wealth", we believe ~ only "Lie" and "Wealth" can protect us! When we choose to wear the mantle of "Lie" and "Wealth", we are already belonged proud people! God is absolutely against the proud! Why do we put on lies and riches and still feel insecure? Why are there many rich people who are still in fear every day and don't sleep well? Because God is always against the proud! Your pride can deceive people, but it can never deceive God! God is not in your heart, you must be insecure!

Conclusion: Traits of a proud person: arrogance, pride, irritability, and lies! Liars must be proud people! "Lies" and "Wealth" can never give us a sense of security! As long as you lie, God will stand against you! Only God can give us a sense of security in this world! Our sense of security absolutely comes from the protection of God, and only God is our real protection and platform! Protect yourself with lies and wealth, and you must become the enemy of God! So, don't believe the lies of the world, we must let God be our protection so that we can have a real sense of security! Thank God!
