(Luke 10:41) And Jesus answered and said unto her, Martha, Martha, thou art careful and troubled about many things: (42) But one thing is needful: and Mary hath chose that good part, which shall not be taken away from her.~Many pastors often use this passage to tell Christians: Listening to the sermon is very important, and you must go to church to listen to the sermon on the Lord’s Day! Many pastors would even say: Martha was always busy serving and did not listen the Jesus' preached quietly, so she was reprimanded by Jesus. I'm going to tell you this: ALL pastors totally misinterpret the scriptures! This passage has nothing to do with "hearing the sermon"! Martha knew that Jesus was coming and had been busy with many things, but Mary was different. Mary prepared her heart and waited for Jesus to come. Mary knew Jesus' words more important than doing a lot of side jobs. This is the truth that this scripture really wants to tell us!

There are many Christians who clearly know that we are Christians, that there will be a Second Judgment, and that Jesus will return, but they still spend their entire lives busying themselves for the "lust of the eyes". Why did Jesus tell Martha that Mary had chosen the better part? Mary knew that Jesus was coming, and Mary prepared herself to pick the best seat to wait for Jesus, while Martha was busy coming in and out, busy preparing meals for people, preparing places for how many people... and so on. Martha has forgotten what Jesus came to do? Jesus did not come to entertain guests for dinner, Jesus came to "preach"! Why is Christianity declining? Because we value the preaching place "church" too much, but we don't value the content of the preaching! Why did Jesus "preach"? Would we be able to know "truth" if Jesus didn't preach? Can we know the "way" if Jesus didn't preach? We don't know the "Way" and "Truth", how can we get "eternal Life"? Think again: Didn’t the miracles of Jesus’ “five loaves and two fishes” and “seven loaves” all happen through preaching? Why did Jesus rebuke Martha? Because Martha no longer knew what she should do to follow in the footsteps of Jesus?

In "Heaven" it is "a thousand years as one day"! There is a Chinese idiom that can describe "hell" ~ days are like years! We have another saying: a day is like three autumns! It is to describe a person's longing for another person, a day without seeing each other is like "three years" torture! We never thought of "time" as a "comparative"! When we understand that "time" is a comparative, we will understand the difference between "Hell" and "Heaven"! In our minds, we may not be able to imagine what is so good about "Heaven"? What's horrible with "Hell"? Why are there more and more villains in this world? Why do wicked people become more and more unscrupulous in doing evil? I have always emphasized: If you want people not to know, unless you do nothing! God is always omniscient and omnipotent! God is in control of everything in the universe, and He knows everything! Many things are not said, not because they don’t know, but because they are waiting for God’s timetable!

"Hell" is an unquenchable fire! Both "Hell" and "the underworld" are the same thing! But what we can be sure of is: Hell is an unquenchable fire! Why didn't people dare to do evil in the past? Because we believe in Hell! Let me tell you something more practical! You may think that hell is a lie, but I tell you that hell is real! We all know that there are "volcanoes". Have the fire and magma of "volcanoes" been extinguished? Let me ask you again: Why does the lava never go out in the ground? We must understand a fact: Fire must have oxygen to continue to burn, why does volcanic lava continue to burn without oxygen underground? If you don't believe that "Hell" is painful, then you can stand by the stove all day on a hot day! "Hell" will definitely make everyone's days feel like years, and even one day is as painful as three years! No water to quench your thirst, no place to rest! Standing and roasting all the time is a torment, not to mention the never-ending, day and night work! This is the real scary place in hell! If we keep learning from Martha and satisfying the lust of the eyes of this life, we will go to "Hell"!

No comparison, no harm! Why is there a day in Heaven as a thousand years in the world? We have a saying: Happy life knows no time passed fast! It's when we're enjoying the time that we have no idea that time goes by so fast and Heaven is such a place! People who live in Heaven don't care about "time" at all! Because they have peace and joy every day, they don't even need to count their days! Only those who "live their days like years" need to count their days! Just like only people in prison need to count~ When can I get out of prison? And "Hell" is "life imprisonment in a sea of ​​fire"! Jesus said to Martha: There is only one thing that is necessary, Mary has chosen that the best blessing should not be taken away! What good part did Mary choose? Mary chose to go to heaven, so Mary must understand how to go to heaven, that is the "great blessing"!

"The best blessings" cannot be given to us by humans! Just like Martha has been talking about a lot of things that she thinks are important, but she never thought about it: We can never talk about the blessings given by God! The blessings God has given us are "blessings from Heaven"! The "blessings of Heaven" can only be given to us by Jesus! We must rely on Jesus to get to Heaven! We will never get to Heaven without Jesus leading us! The beauty of "Heaven" is that we will never worry about to live in Heaven, we will never count the days in heaven, and "Time" is no longer important in heaven! I rarely care about "Hell", so I don't understand why the fire of hell is not extinguished? Because I am like Mary, we all choose the good fortune, we must care about God's will, not busy eating and drinking! What are your decisions?
