Serious and difficult diseases are treated in teaching hospitals and other large regional hospitals. The purpose of "regional medical care" is to prevent waste of medical resources. Why does Taiwan's National Health Insurance still suffer losses despite its "regional medical care" and "separation of medicine and pharmacy"? Medical costs in the United States are indeed outrageous! Why is medical cost so high in the United States? If medical expenses in the United States are cheap, will the American people buy health insurance? In the past, we thought that "medical insurance" helped us share the "medical expenses"! Can we think of it in a different way: "Medical insurance" causes rising medical costs! There are indeed many areas in the United States that are not "competitive"! The United States' "lack of medical talent" and "waste of medical resources" are the main reasons for the rising medical costs in the United States! The United States is a country whose "structure" has completely collapsed. Why is there a massive shortage of medical staff in the United States? Taiwan also has a severe shortage of medical staff! It's all the same problem: Uneven distribution of medical resources! Do the medical care people incomes in rich hospitals and poor hospitals are the same? Do hospitals for the rich and hospitals for the poor have the same medical resources? The US government and the American people have never taken the "structural collapse of the United States" seriously! The US government and the American people are simply blaming China. Can blaming China change the problems of the US medical system? The Taiwanese government has not paid attention to the problems of Taiwan’s health insurance system. There are too many medical resources wasted in Taiwan! If the Taiwan government cannot effectively manage the National Health Insurance and if the National Health Insurance incurs losses money every year, Taiwan can abolish the National Health Insurance. Taiwan only needs to do a few things: 1. Special case assessment and processing! 2. Provide free health check-ups to specific groups every year! 3. Use the losses from the national health insurance to subsidize medical care in remote areas and the poor! Now Taiwan’s National Health Insurance has no value! Why?
